Biography

You may recognise Neil from his performances in Whose Line Is it Anyway, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, QI and two Austin Powers movies.

Nowadays he spends most of his time sharing insights from improv and theatre (in person and virtually) with organisations across the world enhancing communication, creativity and collaboration skills.

His book, Seven Steps to Improve Your People Skills, was published in October 2017. His new business book, In The Moment, will be published by Kogan Page in June 2023.

On occasion, Neil dons a pony-tail and saffron suit to become his award-winning alter ego, L. Vaughan Spencer. Check out his book, Don’t Be Needy, Be Succeedy.

And, yes, Mullarkey is his real name.
