David Reed

David Reed is an actor, comedian & playwright. He is best known for his comedy group The Penny Dreadfuls with whom he's written and starred in two series of Victorian anthology show The Brothers Faversham and ten historically set plays, all for BBC Radio 4. As an improviser, he's performed in the West End with Austentatious and the Olivier Award winning Showstopper! The Improvised Musical.

He hosts his own spoof interview podcast, Inside the Comedian, in which he chats to famous comedians about a fictitious career they simply haven't had.
